Our founders spent their careers in patrol, investigations, and supervisory command roles across Texas agencies. That background shapes everything: how we read a property, how we write a report, and how we work with responding officers when something happens.

How our command staff operates
Command philosophy
We run security the way a police watch commander runs a shift: written post orders, defined sectors, documented handoffs, and supervisory spot checks. Nothing depends on memory or goodwill.
De-escalation first
Presence, observation, and verbal de-escalation resolve the overwhelming majority of incidents. Force is a last resort, governed by policy and reviewed after every use.
Accountability by default
GPS checkpoints, timestamped photos, and same-day incident reports mean clients never have to take our word for coverage — they can see it.

Officer selection and training
An officer represents your property before they ever speak. Our screening and training standards are written, auditable, and applied without exception.
- Criminal history, driving record, and employment verification on every hire
- Texas DPS licensing verified before a first shift — Level II unarmed, Level III commissioned armed
- Drug screening at hire and randomly thereafter
- Site-specific onboarding with walkthrough and post-order examination
- Report writing instruction modeled on law enforcement incident documentation
- Annual use-of-force, de-escalation, and legal-authority refreshers
- Semiannual firearms qualification for all armed personnel
